That kitchen area seemed a lot larger when I was younger!
Double doors at the far end of the dining room is the Meat Room where we made sausages, summer sausage, etc. I linked thousands of sausages in that room one year. used to stretch out cow hide on plywood and freeze it in the blast freezer so we could cut it on a bandsaw to make snowshoes.
